MAXZHUB ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the MAXZHUB platform, including our website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using MAXZHUB, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

• Account registration details (name, email address, password)
• Profile information (interests, goals, preferences)
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Messages and communications sent through the Platform
• Content you upload (clips, videos, profile photos)
• Background check information for consultants
• Support requests and correspondence

• Device information (browser type, operating system, device identifiers)
• Usage data (pages viewed, features used, time spent, scroll depth)
• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookie Policy)
• Session replays for UX improvement (anonymized)

To personalize your experience — including showing relevant clips on the homepage — we collect and analyze your stated interests, viewing history, clips you engage with, and categories you browse. This data is used exclusively to improve your MAXZHUB experience and is never shared with advertisers.

• To process bookings and payments
• To send verification emails, booking confirmations, and service updates
• To personalize content, advisor recommendations, and homepage clips
• To enable messaging between users and consultants
• To moderate content for safety and quality
• To conduct background checks on consultant applicants
• To comply with legal obligations
• To improve the Platform through analytics

We send the following types of emails:

• Transactional emails — account verification, password resets, booking confirmations, receipts. These are required for platform operation and cannot be opted out of.
• Service emails — security alerts, policy updates, major feature announcements.
• Marketing emails — new content, featured consultants, promotions. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

• Service providers — Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Anthropic (AI features), background check partners. Each is bound by confidentiality and processes only data necessary for their service.
• Other users — Your public profile and clips are visible to other MAXZHUB users. Messages are visible only to you and the recipient consultant.
• Law enforcement — Only when legally required by valid legal process.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your account and data
• Right to portability — export your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object — opt out of certain processing activities
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time for consent-based processing

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, row-level security on all database tables, regular security audits, and 2FA for all admin accounts. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

By accessing or using the MAXZHUB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using MAXZHUB on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes. MAXZHUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

MAXZHUB users receive one (1) free introductory message per consultant per account lifetime. This allows you to introduce yourself and ask a brief question before committing to a paid plan.

After the free message, continued messaging requires a paid messaging plan. Plans are available at $5/week (10 messages), $15/month (50 messages), and $39/month (unlimited). Consultants set their own response SLAs. MAXZHUB does not guarantee response times.

Message content must comply with our Community Standards. MAXZHUB may review messages reported for violations. We do not read messages for marketing purposes.

Paid video content is purchased on a per-video basis. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content.

All purchases are final. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the content was materially misrepresented. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

Sessions are billed per minute at the consultant's listed rate. Billing begins when the session starts and ends when either party ends the session. Minimum session duration is 15 minutes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may incur a fee equal to 50% of the estimated session cost.

All content on MAXZHUB must comply with our Community Standards. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material
• Content involving or targeting minors inappropriately
• Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence
• Misinformation or medically dangerous advice
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
• Spam, scams, or deceptive content

All uploaded clips and videos are subject to AI-assisted and human review before publication. MAXZHUB reserves the right to remove any content without notice.

Consultants are independent contractors, not employees of MAXZHUB. Consultants are responsible for the accuracy of their credentials, the quality of their advice, and complying with any applicable professional licensing laws in their jurisdiction. MAXZHUB takes a platform fee of 15% on all transactions (advisors keep 85%). Consultants must complete background verification before going live on the platform.

MAXZHUB is a platform that connects users with independent consultants. MAXZHUB does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Content on the platform is for informational purposes only. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform. MAXZHUB's total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid to MAXZHUB in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
